I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The [redacted] did say that not having a job at the moment would not be an issue, but I could get Insurent, a guarantor, or pay the whole year up front. I used Insurent to get my mother a luxury apartment, not used for me. [redacted] was told about that and I said I would refuse to do all three, but she still went along with taking my application fee. [redacted]) was not present. I am being 100% truthful. The [redacted] was to call me that weekend and I told her I needed an email for verification, since I explained the whole issue on her voicemail. When I receive the email, which I have not received and the application fee back in my bank account, I will not accept the offer. Until then, no, I will reject it secondary to the dishonest way my application fee was taken and no offer or refund of the application fee was given in email, as I requested. Until then again, I will reject this offer until I get an email and full refund back from this apartment building. Again, as you can see, I never used Insurent for myself, this is not true, I told [redacted] that I used it for my mother's apartment!
