kitten of that description and that I had a litter due in February that would include blues and/or lilacsIn early May I contacted her to tell her that I had a lilac point kitten for her, she said that she did not want that, she wanted a blue pointI told her there were no blue points in the litter and I told her I would let her know when I had a pet quality blue point kitten born and ready for a new home at weeks old and that I was expecting a litter in late June that could produce blue pointsThe kittens are born white and the point color comes in over a period of to weeksAfter the kittens were born and before the kittens had developed their color enough to know if I had blues or lilacs, I received an email from Ms*** saying she could not wait any longer and she wanted her deposit refundedI explained the nature of a deposit and pointed out that we never had a cut off date and that I do not refund deposits because someone changes their mind, otherwise what is the purpose of a deposit? If I accept a deposit for a kitten, it means that I have turned away everyone else who has inquired about that kitten so in effect, the kitten is taken off the marketMs*** has sent threatening emails in the last year, saying that I must refund her money or else she would She accused me of taking advantage of an old womanShe is very confused and now angry with me because of her own confusionAt this point I would not sell her a kitten under any circumstancesEven though I do not believe she is entitled to a refund of her deposit I would rather do that than have any further dealings with herI will forward her a refund of her deposit immediately

I accept her response that she will at long last be refunding my deposit of $My emails to her were respectful and never threatening and I was consistent all along in requesting either a blue point male or female kitten from the beginning - never a lilac pointNot wishing to bother her, I let several months passAs she had not been communicating with me, my email of 10/3/kindly asked her if it was because of the inclement weather, illness, or that she didn't have any kittens availableHer email of 10/3/to me clearly states that she was aware that I had only wanted a blue point - never a lilac pointI will be happy to forward any and all emails to youThe first line of her response here states that I wanted a lilac point - this is totally untrueI never changed my mind about anythingIf she truly believes that I wanted a lilac point in spite of our emails to the contrary, it is she who is confusedIn my two subsequent emails, I once again asked for either a blue point kitten which I had left a deposit on or a refund of my depositShe didn't respond to these emailsI have been more than patient; it is only after one year and ten months went by after leaving my deposit with her and realizing that she was never going contact me again that I made the decision to contact Revdex.comI should have realized after only a few months had gone by that something was terribly wrongI don't accept her accusation; I am neither angry nor confused, only saddened that my trust in her was brokenIt also saddens me that it took all of this for her to do the right thingI had only wanted a little blue point Siamese kitten to love
