In regards to [redacted] complaint, She had contacted me ( Cory D***) about her fish dyeing the Monday after the service was completed on her pondWe responded to her immediately and told her we would replace the gold fish she had lostWe then brought her 40+ fish for her loss of [redacted] did not refuse the fish that we replaced her old one withWe also offered her Koi ( a more expensive fish as well which she declined )< over a 125.00$ value We had taken all necessary precautions to avoid this in the first place with proper measurement of all water treatment to ensure the quality care of the fishWe tested the water for all levels of chemicals which were in standard levels.As a company we have done all that we can to make this right for Ms [redacted] Despite our efforts nothing could satisfyWe at ALF decided against a refund amount of 100.00$ Sincerely,Cory D [redacted] ###-###-####

In regards to reference# ***We at ALF properly treat water with Aqua Xtreme, in which removes and detoxifies the water of all harmful heavy metals, removes all Chlorine and ammoniaThis also adds a part slime coat which reduces fish stress and instantly ages pond waterAt the time of our second visit, we tested the water and readings are as follows, ph level test on wide range was at 7.5, Ammonia levels were at 0ppm, Nitrate levels were at 0ppm, Phosphate levels were at 0ppm, and Nitrate levels were at 0ppm, (ppm = parts per million)This is a very specialized test to ensure all aquatic life can be sustainedAll the levels were at a perfect reading or we would not have introduced the fish to the waterOn the time of our second visit we had noticed a lot of grass clipping in the water and had motioned this to Ms ***, Grass clipping can carry pesticides and other chemicals that are foreran to pond life. We take pride in the care and maintenance of job that we at ALF completeThis is why we had offered to replace the fish lost in the first place, which we didThe non-acceptance of the Koi fish (over $value) tells us that it is not a issue of the fish. In addition to my complaint to the Revdex.com of 6-24-20016............Reference #***After the replacement of very small unidentifiable fish, the following morning the fish were all dead on the bottom of the pond This is unacceptable and I still need Cory D*** to pay for his gross mistake for the amount of at least $ I will need to have someone more reliable come out and get the chemistry of the water done correctly before restocking.Thank you for your attention to this matter *** M***

This accident happened because of incorrect quantity of chemical rebalancing or the reintroduction of fish to very,  very cold city water causing shock to 36 fish.If you really know about pond and fish care, you would have taken care to avoid this accident.I paid $350.00 to do this work.
