Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial. The shipments will continue to send monthly if the customer fails to cancel.

I have notified this company that I do not want their product anymore. I notified them via email last month, and today I get another pkg of pills.
According to the contract, I can cancel anytime. I want to cancel. I have told them this. I keep getting charged for these pills.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for the last two months, I will return the two pkgs I have, unopened. I want the monthly delivery of pills to STOP>

Taking advantage of vulnerable older adult men with challenges for there business gain.
I saw the $6.95 advertising, I thought it was a good deal. Ordered product. Two months later I received a $96.27 charge to my Credit card account. When I called the number listed on my statement to dispute the charge the Customer Service Representative was extremely rude and hung up the phone. Fearing that the charges would continue I was forced to close my Credit Card account. The product did not work for me and I was very unsatisfied with the results.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund. I'm on a fixed income and having random charges on my credit card is something I just can't afford.

The issues has been resolved

Ordered this supplement online, was a sample where I pay *** for the trial. When I got my credit card charge it was for *** x 2.
This my message to my credit card disputing the charges. By the way my order# with them was XXXXXXX.
I am disputing 4 separate charges. Today I received your letter saying that you are taking back the *** I disputed back on or before 24th, 2019 based on lies you received from this Merchant. I am really taken back by this action as your people did nothing to check out what this merchant is saying and if they would have taken a little time to dig into this this would have seen what a scam this is. Yes, I did get caught in their web of deceit, but I will lay out exactly how this happened and expose who these people really are- and that is *** artists."

Let's start at the beginning - your letter states that you want the case#, my acct number, the merchant name and a copy of the invoice. As stated above in heading, the charge shows up as Slim Fast Clea, which showed up on Jan 10th, the day I accepted their online offer for a free trial of the supplement called Biogenix RX. I have attached the websites I visited to find that offer - all they ask was that I pay the shipping/handling, which was the *** anf *** charges on my account on Jan 10th. If you go and fill out the form they give to get the free sample of Biogenix Rx, another product offer pops up (Testo Rx) and it would not let me request the Biogenix without the Testo Rx so since it was only another *** for the free sample, I went ahead and then was able to complete the order for the Biogenix Rx. It was about 10 days later that I received the samples with no invoice. I didn't really know where they came from or that I had ordered them since there was no invoice or never an email stating I had ordered them or that it was a continuing 'subscription.' So there was no indication that I was supposed to call to cancel, or what phone number to call.

OK, fast forward to Feb 24th when I got the printed Capital One January 2019 monthly statement where it showed charges from Slim Fast for *** and *** charged to me on Jan 27, not even 30 days from Jan 10th when I ordered the samples. I immediately called your fraud dept to file a dispute on each of these charges. Your agent looked up a number for Slim Fast and gave it to me. When I called the number, I discovered that the 'real' Slim Fast does not sell that product and that they had gotten other calls on this as well. So I assumed your Fraud Dept would contact them immediately to refute these charges and put a stop to this deceptive charges.

Now, are YOU beginning to see the pattern of deceit here??? I never ordered anything from them on Jan 27 or Feb 26th as they claim.

OK, now fast forward to March 5th when I called your fraud Dept again about receiving another package of these supplements, only this time there was a packing list with their phone number, but no invoice, and still no email or text or any sort of invoice. So this time I called their number and asked them about these charges. The man I talked to was very abusive and said I would have to pay and keep on paying. When I offered to return the packages, he would not accept them even though they are still sealed. I told him I would be calling my credit card company and he still would not relent. When I checked my Capital One account I found new charges on Feb 27th. So next I called your fraud Dept again and asked to dispute the *** and *** charges. So we did a 3 way call to the 'Slim Fast phone # I had just called. This time we got to a lady and she said she would cancel my account, but again would not take back the unopened product. So just in case, your agent put a block on charging my account.

In the end my credit card company accepted their dispute and re-charged my account. Pls help me to get me a full refund back to my credit card - I would send them back all their pills. The total charges are *** and *** totals *** so my Capital One account is corrected.

Capital one has put these charges back on my account twice after I refuted them. They do not seem to care that this is a scam. They said they already paid them so I will now have to pay. Please ask Alfa Farm to credit back my account the total disputed amount of *** I noticed the name on the bottle is Alpha Farm Health, but their name is Afa Farm. Also note that the charges showed up on my credit card as Slim Fast. I actually called Slim Fast with my credit card person and they do not make or sell these supplements (Biogenix-RX or TestoRX). And just like the other complaints on your website, I only wanted to try the Bigenix, but the website made me order the other one as well. I never got an email from them stating that I would be charged this price. There is nothing on the website stating these prices, only the $6.95 for the trial order. The only email I got was after I got them to cancel my account. If you need a copy of my credit card bills, just tell me where to fax them. Again, thankyou for your help in resolving this complaint.

I did a one time order and now I have received another order by mail which I do not want and would like a refund to my card. This business must scam people by not disclosing all info or it's in very small print someplace, when it says trial offer that is what it should be unless I choose to reorder which I did not. Any help would be great. Thx. ***

I signed up for a trial sample of supplements and did not know it was an ongoing order with no returns and inflated costs. After receiving a shipment yesterday that I did not want I called the company and they said no returns or refunds.
This company is scamming older disadvantaged citizens and refuses to work with customers in any way.

The credit of *** was not placed on my Discover card. Originally the card was credited but after the company responded, the credit was reversed resulting in my being charged. In essence nothing was resolved and no help given by the company other than canceling future shipments.
No credit has been processed.

On March 3,2020, I ordered the product AP *** for $6.95, which I paid for. Per the website, this was a one time purchase with no additional deliveries or payments.
On April 3,2020, my bank account was charged $89.25 which I did not authorize.

I have asked for a refund twice since and have not received it. They claimed it was a trial subscription, but the web page I saw did not state that or require followup.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a refund of $89.25,which the company took out of my bank account without my authorization. I would like a credit sent to my bank for $89.25.

Got the echeck for a full refund.

I ordered a product that was $6.95 times 2. The product did not say return this or call within the time frame to cancel or we will charge your card $190, I talk with a 3rd part person that was offering me have of a refund stating it was my fault. I explain to the caller that this was not explain or in the fine print if so I would have never order anything. After a debate I thought I would get at least half of my money for something I did not receive but it turned I to a verbal assault with me not getting a refund and a very unsatisfied person

Sir/Madam,

I am a 77 year old, 20 year Navy Veteran that saw an advertisement on my phone. I saw the amount $6.95 for a product, I was leary and looked for fine print, automatic shipping, etc and found none.

I ordered the product and expected to be chanrged such. To my amazement I saw two charges for $88.75 and $89.25 from my credit card company.

I immediately called the number and spoke with a*** (no last name) and I explained to him that I am in a very limited income disabled veteran and could not afford such amounts. I did not get very far with *** so I decided to contact Revdex.com hoping to resolve this issue.

I did not find any "Fine Print" in the ad nor any terms or conditions, and I searched carefully.

Please help, I had already contacted my credit card company.
