Buyer Beware! Once [redacted] Homes got their payment in full....which HAD to be done in our case BEFORE we could get keys and inspect. The home, as soon as payment was done, we were dismissed as untrusting, hateful people for suggesting home should at least look new before we moved in. Mr. [redacted] refused to do any repairs, and [redacted] has been slow as well. Half the sinks leak or don't work, molding is poorly done with numerous holes and nails sticking out. The windows and doors do not lock properly. Back door has blown open several times even though it is allegedly locked. The fact that much of the weatherstripping is missing doesn't help. [redacted] has not sent a title yet. We were told initially by the office that it was all processed and we should get it shortly. When we checked with the DMV, me. [redacted] claimed he had never gotten paperwork from [redacted] claims all was sent. One of our worst nightmares ever!
