According to the written complaint we just received in the mail, [redacted] purchased a manual sausage stuffing machine from [redacted] in [redacted], one of our dealers, on their [redacted] site on January *, 2014. We are the importer of this product that is made for us in China. Once...

we sell a product to a dealer, we have no control over where or how they re-sell it. 
This machine is not what [redacted] expected, so she returned the unused product directly to ALFA (not to A-Plus where she bought it). We issued a full refund to [redacted] on 4/**/2014 for this machine minus our standard 20% restocking charge. This charge is typical in our industry if the unit is not damaged or defective, and is spelled out in our commercial Sales Policies that are printed in our catalog and given to every dealer. We do not know or control what [redacted]'s sales policies are for [redacted] returns.

You may want to rethink having them sell your product if the are not giving customers refunds when product is returned to you directly.
