I investigated the repair work we have done
with the customer.We did advise him verbally & in writing of our fees, and the customer agreed for us to come and do the work, and also gave us his credit card to charge when the repair work is completed I did call the customer yesterday to remind him that he agreed to the fees we quoted him, and he acknowledged receiving the quote from us in the eMail.Customer also said to me that he will remove his complaint from Revdex.com.Thank you,*** ***

Review: Alpha Productions is a company that repairs and sells medical equipment. They contract out all repair work. When contacted regarding the cost of a repair to my autoclave, they quoted an hourly rate plus cost of the parts. They did not mention travel costs ( $ 95/hour each way ) and, because they did not have the parts with them, they required a second visit, at the same rates, to repair a minor problem. Furthermore, they only use credit card billing, and require all credit card information in advance of any service, allowing them to bill whatever they choose. Finally, all billing notification is via email. This is a warning to those who may do business with a company that lacks transparency and places the consumer in a highly vulnerable position.Desired Settlement: The Revdex.com should contact Alpha Productions and notify them of my complaint. I feel a refund of $ 200 is correct.

Review: In 11/**/13 an order was placed for $22,499.00 Alfa Medical wanted this order to be paid in full but as per my request we agreed to pay 50% upfront and the rest once the order was ready to ship. Alfa Medical received a payment of $11,249.50 from my company [redacted] The order had a lead time of 6-8 weeks, that amount of time passed and we didn't receive the order or any type of news of what was the status of the order. Therefor, I decided to cancel and to get a refund because I wasn't comfortable with the company (Alfa Medical) anymore. I was told by [redacted] the [redacted] that I would receive my refund within 4-6 weeks, that never happened. Since I realized that I wasn't getting my money back I was able to get a hold of them and continue with the same order, because I thought it was worth giving it another shot before losing completely the money that was given to this company. Today is 01/**/15 and they refuse to answer emails, calls, or any type of messages left for the [redacted] was our sales person and her answer was "I have nothing to do with it" When she's the one who insisted in placing the order as soon as possible so we can get it soon but that as well never happened. And now she doesn't want to take full responsibility for what has happened. Every time I call, I'm always told that they are out of town. They've been using the same excuse for over a year. All I'm asking is for my money back. Every time I call I'm told by a sales person that they can't do anything if the [redacted] or [redacted] won't fix this matter. This problem has affected our Company very much and I don't want any answers anymore all I want is my money back like they guaranteed on their official website "Money back guaranteed" It's only false advertisement. I want to know how or in what way can you help our company. Alfa Medical/[redacted] are a dishonest company and I need them to give me my money back. This sure is a lesson to learn fro, you have to go over reviews and do a full search of a company before trusting them with money and your business.Desired Settlement: All I want and ask for is to get a full refund for the money that they took from us with lies.

This problem has cost our company a huge loss.

Review: On March **, 2014 I ordered and purchased a sterilizer for the hospital I work at, for a total of $5,735 whic included the item being purchased and a $99 charge for shipping. THis purchase was charged to my credit card immediately. On April *, when I inquired as to the status of my order, I was informed that the unit was on back order. A month later I contacted the company that manufactures these sterilizers to see what recorse I had, but they informed me that Alfa Medical was not an official distributor of these sterilerzs and in fact had been ordered to "cease and desist" in selling these products on three occasions. WHen I contacted the management at Alfa, a guy by the name of [redacted], I explained to him that I wanted to be refunded my money becuase clearly I was not ever going to recieve my purchase. He said he would refund me the $5,735 to my credit card (I spoke with him on Monday June *), but this still has not happened.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $5,735 on my credit card immediately. Also, since this company is NOT an official distributor of the company [redacted] they shoud "cease and desist" of all business relating to these products.

Review: The complaint I read about filed on 6/**/2014 is very similar to ours. After getting a quote for a Phoenix 60 lab autoclave we were informed we needed to pay in full before the unit could be shipped. Via the phone on 5/**/2014 we paid in full with a credit card and received a confirmation invoice. On 6/**/2014 we found out they had double billed our credit card. We called repeatedly and got no resolution from Alfa and finally turned the matter over to our credit card company and got out of the 2nd charge. On 7/**/14 the autoclave finally arrives and it was broken to bits. We were able to get a hold of the sales rep at Alfa and we documented the damages and we returned it as she directed us. Then our sales rep and everyone at Alfa went silent. I have been lied, hung up on, left many messages so many times I have lost track. On 8/** a [redacted] answered my call, claimed he was the [redacted], and said he would get us a credit in full for $6,174.00 to our credit card within a few days. I have called 3 more times since then and still no resolution.Desired Settlement: They have taken my money and have not delivered the piece of equipment I wanted. Also, they tried to bill me twice which I'm sure was no accident: these people are criminals.

I want my $6174.00 credited to my card or a cashiers check ASAP!

Review: We ordered a z-stat 5000 G4-N for dental instrument sterilization on March **, 2014. We were told by salesperson [redacted] that once they received the check for $4827.00, and it cleared, the sterilizer that they had in stock would be shipped. She estimated 10 business days. We started calling on approximately April *, 2014 because we had still not received the sterilizer and the check had cleared. They said they needed to check the shipping order and couldn't give us any info on the shipping and then finally stated they didn't have it in stock. We were then given the name of [redacted] who was to get back to us as to when it would be shipped. He did not call until the next week and said he was checking on it. We continued to call and it got to the point that no one would answer and when someone would answer they couldn't give any info on the order. After more than a month we finally were able to speak to [redacted] and he assured us he had sent a refund on April **, 2014 because he stated he could not supply us with the sterilizer we ordered . No check as of May **, 2014. In this period we have spoken to salesperson [redacted] who has apologized for the way business has been conducted and stated she would talk to [redacted]. He again told her he sent the check. We have left many messages for [redacted] who will no longer return our calls.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund of $4827.00.

Review: We ordered a Autoclave from Alfa on 10/**/14. Our order included a 50% deposit. We were advised the delivery would be completed within 30 days.

As of today 03/**/15, Alfa has not delivered the Autoclave. We have been supplied several shipment dates. None have been honored. Communication has been non existent. The latest response was from [redacted] (the [redacted] from Alfa) who stated they were going out of business and could not service their customers. This was to be followed by a written statement which has never came. Repeated and numerous phone calls, messages and emails go unanswered.

It is apparent that Alfa continues to do business. Has several customers who have paid fully at the time of purchase (tens of thousands of dollars) and received nothing... Our request for a return of our deposit goes UNANSWERED!Desired Settlement: Refund of our Deposit

Review: Our company received a written sales quote from [redacted] at Alfa Medical dated 6/**/2014, and agreed to purchase one each item Z-AB-25, Phoenix 25-Lab Autoclave-New from Alfa Medical under Sales Order Number [redacted] initiated on June **, 2014. We were directed to provide a check for payment in full at the time the order was placed. Masters Supply LLC check number [redacted], dated June **, 2014 for the amount of $3,470.91, was provided and subsequently cashed. The transaction was posted to the business bank account on June **, 2014. We were told the item would ship to us in 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment - which would have been July **, 2014. We did not receive the product. The business owner and I have spoken with, sent e-mails to and left numerous voice mail messages for their sales representative [redacted], management member [redacted] and various customer service representatives (including [redacted], and [redacted]) no less than 32 times since that date. When we were able to speak with someone, we were told that someone would call back with the status of our order. We were provided a variety of excuses such as: [redacted] had a medical emergency; the item was ordered from an overseas vendor and the shipment was held up in customs; and even that the shipment had been received and would be sent to us the next day. We sent a formal, written complaint via certified letter that was dated September *, 2014; mailed on September *, 2014; and delivery confirmed via [redacted] on September *, 2014. This letter requested receipt of the item or full refund by September **, 2014. We received neither by the date specified. On September **, 2014 Alfa Medical Employee [redacted] called to informed us that they would not be able to provide the Phoenix Autoclave that we ordered due to problems importing the item from an overseas vendor. She provided several alternative autoclave options and informed us that if none of the options met our customer’s needs we could request a full refund. We subsequently provided the alternative autoclave options to our customer, but none of them met our customer’s mandatory specifications. We again began leaving voicemail messages for and sending e-mails to Miriam and Alfa Medical customer support staff informing them that we did not want a different autoclave, but we did want refund made in full. We received no responses to our voicemail or e-mail messages. I did speak with [redacted] in Customer Service on December *, 2014 who said that he saw the order cancelled in the system, but there was no indication about the refund. [redacted] said he would inform management and someone would contact us. No one contacted us. We then sent another formal, written complaint and refund demand letter via certified letter that was dated December **, 2014; mailed on December **, 2014; and delivery confirmed via [redacted] on December **, 2014. In this letter we stated the following: “If I do not receive a refund check in the full amount of $3,470.91 by December **, 2014, I will file complaints with the New York Department of State’s Division of Consumer Protection, the Revdex.com and other appropriate consumer agencies, as well as consider my legal options. I am enclosing copies of my sales quote, sales order, proof of payment and supporting documentation.” As of December **, 2014, more than six months after the purchase was initiated and five months after we should have received the item, no one has contacted us and we have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund in the amount of $3,470.91 immediately.
