ALFA Insurance has the poorest customer service I have ever dealth with The adjuster in the Mobile AL office never returned my calls Each contact was made by me, the injured party After a month of delays, I was finally able to settle and receive reimbursement, but only after I physically appeared in the insurance claim center office to tell them I had come in to sign final papers and receive my settlement ALFA's Claim Adjusters need an intense course in customer service

This is a brief survey concerning the service which I received after an at fault accident hitting a hidden snowdrift upon exiting onto the Fairfax Parkway The agents in charge of my complaint, were kindly and friendly and very responsive to my needsI am a senior, years of ageI am a careful driver, a safe driver and always drive in the slow lane and never speed I take the driver's review video with [redacted] every yearI hope that my insurance payment will not be too high, as I live on my social security and what little teaching that I do to supplement my income Mr [redacted] thank you so much for asking for this reviewI hope that I can lower my payments to that I may have more money to live on this next year Love and Blessings, [redacted]

They advertised insurance outside their bldg.no health questions askedMy husband got a policy for $15,An agent came to our home and picked up checkTwo days later we got a check from them for the amount we paid with nothing stating whyWe called our agent and he said because my husband was on insulin REALLY

Very difficult to deal with and does not return calls or give accurate information

I was rear ended by an Alfa policy holder on 10-30-2016, which caused over $4,in damages to my vehicle, Alfa claim #XXXXXX We have only heard from the Claims representative twice (*** A *** I have tried to call several times, but I always get voice mail and no response back, I have emailed the crash report to the claims representative as she requested, haven't heard anything sinceI am not sure why this is taking so long, there client rear-ended me right in front of a *** state trooper, the trooper who witnessed the accident also did the crash report.It is obvious the Alfa policy holder is at fault .and would like my vehicle repaired in a timely matter and a rental for the whole time my vehicle is in the body shopThe damage that was done is letting water leak into my vehicle and causing more damage, also both tail lights are getting full of water due to the accident I will not be able to drive my vehicle if the tail lights do not work

WE were hit when an Alfa Vision insurance holder ran a red light. The investigating officers heard the drive admit fault and they wrote him a ticket. That was on 12/31/16. It took almost 10 days to get anyone to answer the phone. Either the system is "down" it it just goes to voicemail. And nobody calls back.

I have sent them the police report and 3 witnesses who have not been contacted. The yard that the car is at confirmed that it has not been looked at by anyone other than us.

My insurance has assigned liability to the other driver. Since Alfa Vision is hard to reach, I cannot ask for a rental. Alfa Vision has also not reached out to my agency over the past 3 weeks.

I would love to find a way to work with them and get the case resolved.
