We had installed the customers property with [redacted] which is a very reliable service. We have ran several test and have been back out on the property several times to see what the issue was that they were talking about. 2 different techs...
found no issues and they were not charged for any tech visit which is normally 65 per visit. I have currently ran test on the system and everything checks out great. My techs and I believe it could be a customer owned equipment issue rather than the internet. It sounds like several different internet providers like DSL and Satellite and all the same issue. We are always more than willing to help out any customer that deals with us locally. Normally we do not charge tech visit with technical issues while the customer is under any contract with there current provider. Now as far as breaking a contract or owing a previous bill will be up to the service provider and the customer. We will take this complaint seriously and do what we can to help out and resolve this issue. Miller Satellite
