We sent these claims by mail in January/February and they were returned for bad address We were given the same address by phone but they said we could fax claims We have faxed claims times since with no responseWhen we follow up by phone we were put on hold for long periods or disconnected When we speak to someone they say they have no claims and to fax again I have fax confirmations on the faxed claimsAs of today 6/9/we asked how to resolve this they say to fax claims againWhen asked to speak with a supervisor
