In July we signed a contract with MrAbe M [redacted] of Garages by Design, to Build us a Garage in [redacted] ,SCHe seemed professionalWe paid him a little more than Thousand DollarsWe did not know that legally, contractors can only ask for 10% downwe found this out well after the troubles began MrM***, did a little bit of work( We had another contractor give us an estimate of about how much work MrM [redacted] didHe estimated that to be a little over $ After this little bit of work was done, MrM [redacted] had one excuse after another as to why he was not building our GarageThen MrM [redacted] would not return our emails, or phone callsFinally in late December my wife called him at his house, and asked him to please call me to straighten this outHe said he would, but he never called, I called him several days later and out right asked him if he was going to build us this GarageHe said Yes, then again would not call us, email us or return emails or calls
