After advising everyone how horrible the customer service was at the Glen Allen location I received an email from this company. The email advised the manager would be calling me to apologize and give me my money back for rush services. Let me tell you now I'm still waiting for that call and that money back. Also still waiting for that dress that has yet to show up an the wedding is this month. :( Still unhappy
ALFRED A. LOCATION AT 11341 W BROAD IS HORRIBLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY LIE TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE FOR RUSH DELIVERY THEN TELL YOU NEVER MIND WE KNOW YOU PAID MORE BUT THE DELIVERY DATE HAS CHANGED THEN WE ORIGINALLY TOLD YOU. ACCORDING TO THEM IT'S NOT THERE FAULT THAT THEY GAVE YOU INCORRECT INFORMATION SO DEAL WITH IT. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!
