Review: I live in Delaware and chose to get my dress from this location due to the fact they carried the [redacted] line and I was getting married in [redacted]. I started my business with Alfred Angelo in July of last yea &I ordered a bridal gown/cathedral veil. Than turned around and ordered an additional dress and 2 additional veils for the reception. My veils have been ordered 4 times. Each time the incorrect veil was reordered resulting unnecessary trips from Delaware to [redacted] only to find more issues. My dresses were ordered, although the one took an excessive amount of time and I believe at some point it had to be reordered due to issues with the order - they both arrived. I requested an alteration appointment to get my dresses done since my wedding is June 14th and I leave June 9th. I was told to wait until my veils arrived since work was to be done on them (beading) before alterations. I went to my alteration appointment on May 7th or 8th only to find the dresses were ordered too small.....I was ordered a 4 and an 8...when I needed a 12 and a 10. I was mismeasured at the time of the fitting and with Alfred Angelo being the professionals we'd thought they could be trusted. At this point with, just about 30 days to go, I had no dresses for my [redacted] Wedding. Getting no real assistance at store level or assistant management level I was forced to send an email to the CEO and president. Who after several emails finally emailed me back with half an apology and offer of a gift at the store - which I later found out was two preservation boxes??? After 21+ trips to the store to find the same incorrect veil was getting reordered, my dresses were wrong - it's been error after error and sheer negligence. I as the customer had to follow-up on numerous occasions over the last two weeks in regards to my dresses - stating the urgency of this situation and the fact that I was leaving June 9th for my wedding. Finally dresses arrived on Monday the 19th. I was called and I immediately stopped what I was doing to go to the store for a fitting. At the fitting I asked to see my veils, since the veils were kept at the store since my last horrific appointment when I learned the dresses didn't fit. They pulled the veils from the back and when pulled out of the bag - my cathedral veil was ripped at the bottom as if someone intentionally ripped it...and it's about a 6-7 inch tear at the bottom and there's another tear at the top that's about another 5 inches. This veil was in perfect condition at my last appointment. It had no tears or rips because it as on my head with the seamstress. I brought this to the attention of the District Manager who informed me that no one would have done that to the veil? I will attach pictures of this veil and you can make the decision yourself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that this veil was intentionally damaged at store level. Alfred Angelo has not truly cared about any of time - their customer service stopped once the credit card was swiped. This is not just a work party I'm attending and there's dress issues - this is the biggest day of someones life and this is my wedding dress. This had been a nightmare experience with this store and sadly has ruined the entire planning process for my wedding. They need to care about the customer and own the mistakes they're making and not brush them under the rug and hope they go away. There are countless complaints about this store on the internet and I never thought I'd be experiencing the issues I have. I now have to make yet another trip to [redacted] to check and see that the veil they reordered is the correct veil since they have a proven track record of misordering in the past.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on this transaction with my alterations taken care of. This has been a nightmare dealing with this store and this close to my destination wedding - this type of service and lack of customer service is truly appalling. This situation has been nothing but stress, missed time from work and unnecessary trips for negligence.

I was offered two gown preservation kits, which I'm not wanting to preserve something that has caused me issues for the past 9 months. This is truly not a solution to this issue.

Review: Purchased a bridesmaids dress with 60% down and 40% due upon receipt of the product. When dress arrives the store is to call and get authorization to charge the remaining balance owed. Charged my credit card without my consent. Claiming I signed a "contract." The paper that was given to me stated: what I purchased, what was owed and the total price. Did not state "we will automatically charge your credit card when dress arrives." I also was called several days after the store received the dress. No other person in the bridal party was charged until they gave consent or personally picked up their dresses. Received a bank overdraft fee because of the no authorization on my card. Policy of an automatic credit card charge was not thoroughly explained.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and for Alfred Angelos to refund the bank overdraft fee of $35,
