Review: I paid this company to put up a one way tunnel to remove the bats from my home.I paid for a 5 year warranty. He returned the same year for minor fixes. Year 2 & 3 he did no shows. NOW year 4 I am being ignored and have full infestation again.Desired Settlement: I would like either the workmanship fixed correctly with additional years on the contract or a refund for the 4 years not utilized.

Paid for a large bees nest to be killed and taken down from the roof rafters.

He came and killed the nest but indicated that he would have to come back after the summer to remove the nest.

In spite of my repeated calls and his repeated promises to come back, he has never taken the nest down.

He should either complete the job or refund half of the money.

Review: ALFRED Animal & Pest Control has repeatedly failed to show up for pre-arranged appointments. This has transpired on several occasions. When questioning [redacted] about his whereabouts, he becomes outraged. The last time this occurred, my wife was talking to him via cell phone and because she couldn’t get anywhere with him, had our tenant try to convince him how serious the ant situation was. We had ants crawling on my 94 year old mother-in-law as well as all-over our tenant’s beds. His response was completely unprofessional and lacked any inkling of discipline. At this point in time I took the ant infestation into my own hands. After contacting him again after several more weeks and as many missed appointments, he offers to refund $200.00 of the $350.00 paid to him for a contract that he never upheld. The man is a fraud! I still have not seen a check nor have I heard from him. This has been ongoing since March of 2013.Desired Settlement: Refund me in full and NEVER, NEVER even dream about using me as a reference, you will go down in flames. Also, have him take a course in anger management and etiquettes.

Review: I called to have this company come and look at a squirrel problem, [redacted] came out and was pleasant and worked with me on a price for warranty work. Unfortunately our issue resulted in it not being a squirrel problem and it being a raccoon problem. I advised [redacted] that I thought that their original problem was misdiagnosed. [redacted] showed up with his brother co-worker[redacted]. I showed them the receipt which says two year warranty on work performed will return in March to screen chimney attic fan and close tunnel for $428.00 which was paid in full on 1-10-14. They advised that it was not a raccoon in the first place and I countered with knowing that raccoons return to their homes when removed and have to be moved far from their homes to not enable them to find their way back. [redacted] said this is not true, but after speaking to multiple pest companies today I was advised that this is true. They said they would not honor the warranty and that I would have to pay for the work. In turn I said " that is [redacted] bull[redacted]". I will admit I used the F word a few times during our conversation and that I had had an extremely bad day, the F word was not directed at them but used in conversation which they used as well. What ensued afterward was uncalled for and unprofessional, [redacted] jumped from his vehicle and got in my face and threaten to fight me calling me a " [redacted] and to take this to the back yard so he could "beat my [redacted] I did not have my phone on me and I could not enter my home for fear he would follow and hurt my pets in the home and me since no one would be able to witness the fight. He continued to follow me around my yard, getting in my face and calling me names and threatening to fight me. I told him I am calling the police and to leave my yard and he would not and still continued to follow me. Upon leaving he threatened me with the words " just wait and see what happens to your home. I notified the police and am going to file a harassment suit against the company as wellDesired Settlement: I would like my money back for the work not being performed that involves the chimney screen, the tunnel closer and warranty fee which I will not be used because of this incident. Also I would like a written apology from [redacted] and [redacted] both, but preferably [redacted] for threatening my home and family and chasing me around the house threatening to kick my [redacted]
