*** *** lives in an Association bound by Rules and Regulations which have been broken Fines are imposed per the Rules & Guidelines and By-Laws of the Association Per the Rules of Country Estates the Board nor Management has to take photographs of any violation.This complaint
is invalid and has nothing to do with my CompanyWe were simply doing as instructed by the Board of Trustees of the Community which makes any and all decisions and the responsible party who made the decision to impose the fine We did our Contracted job and nothing more.There is nothing more that can be done The Boards decision was final and *** *** request was denied I ask this be closed. I am rejecting this response because: fines have been imposed on a daily basis without any evidenceAccording to Dan Mar Management Services personnel, the Board gives them full discretion to manage the violation procedure as they see fit and at this time, they are not required by the Board to take pictures or provide evidence of said violation. I've requested several time for inspection documents that show the violation was not corrected. They could not provide the dates that re-inspections were conducted to validate the reoccurrence of the violation. As previously stated, my trashcan is only set out on the day of pickup, which is about 0600am and put inside when myself or daughter comes home between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. So, if there was an inspection performed on these day then the fines are invalidHowever, there is no documentation to compare the dates of inspectionAdditionally, when I've gone out of town, I've ask my neighbor to take my trash up to the garage door, which is put into side when I returned. Again, there is no documentation to compare when the violation occurred. Attached is the by-laws that have not been revised or addressed since 1998.I take very good care of my propertyI'm the only one on the block who has gone as far as to tilled the ground in the front yard to plant grass seed to grow grass and groom. With the rise of fraud and scams, it is critical to provide proof of any infraction. In the past, Dan Mar has levy legal fees when late fees were paidSo, they have no credibility as far as I'm concernFor my monthly association payments, I certify my payments to make sure my payments are tracked, because in the past late payment has been assessed when the payment was received before the due date
