Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: The company understands completely what defined lines means because I pointed out to the owner's son of some of the lines in the tile that was faded and stated to him that many of the lines in the tile are not well definedActual I showed them spots in the tile at my front door before the owner's son left and he had his helper to touch it up and said to let it dry over night and if it doesn't look right to call himI called him the next day, but they never came to correct the workSo this shows that he knows what defined lines means. There was a lot of tile areas that need to be fixed. The company does not have to do the work over again, just to place more grout in the tile where it is faded (defined the lines), like they did at my front doorCompany is not stating the correct facts

This is Alfredo Remodeling Inc. I am writing to you about the recent letter you have sent me regarding a customer ([redacted]) who says "Company needs to schedule a date/time to come back to my residence to re-grout areas that lines in the tile was not well defined". Alfredo does not know what...

she is talking about when she says "lines in the tile was not well defined" because Alfredo completed the work as it was stated in the contract and she gave the final payment of $450 in the end. In other words meaning that she was satisfied with the work. Now she has texted Alfredo before about one or two spots of about 4 of an inch where the grouting is a slightly different shade than the rest of the grouting. Now, Alfredo can not do anything about that: the reason being is because if Alfredo does then it means Alfredo will have to remove all the grout from the ceramic tile including the original grout which will cause the ceramic tile to get damaged. Which also that will be a whole other contract because Alfredo will have to remove the original grouting. Also Alfredo used the same grouting for all the ceramic tile, so the grouting should of all been the same color. Since Alfredo can not do anything about this matterbecause he did everything that was stated in the contracted. Alfredo wishes to know what part of the contract was not accomplished. To begin with Alfredo has nothing to say; the reason being is because everything Alfredo had to say has already been said in the previous letter.  Like Alfredo stated in the last letter Alfredo sent he basically said, if [redacted] wouldn't of been satisfied with the work then, Ms. [redacted] wouldn't have given the last payment.  Now [redacted] can always send you Revdex.com, pictures of the work that was done and from those pictures you can see the job was done right and all of the contract agreements were met.Sincerely,Alfredo Remodeling Inc.
