This is Alfredo Remodeling IncI am writing to you about the recent letter you have sent me regarding a customer ( [redacted] ) who says "Company needs to schedule a date/time to come back to my residence to re-grout areas that lines in the tile was not well defined"Alfredo does not know what she is talking about when she says "lines in the tile was not well defined" because Alfredo completed the work as it was stated in the contract and she gave the final payment of $in the endIn other words meaning that she was satisfied with the workNow she has texted Alfredo before about one or two spots of about of an inch where the grouting is a slightly different shade than the rest of the groutingNow, Alfredo can not do anything about that: the reason being is because if Alfredo does then it means Alfredo will have to remove all the grout from the ceramic tile including the original grout which will cause the ceramic tile to get damagedWhich also that will be a whole other contract because Alfredo will have to remove the original groutingAlso Alfredo used the same grouting for all the ceramic tile, so the grouting should of all been the same colorSince Alfredo can not do anything about this matterbecause he did everything that was stated in the contractedAlfredo wishes to know what part of the contract was not accomplishedThank you.Sincerely, Alfredo remodeling Inc
