Owner blatantly false advertises, even after I notified him twice. His BOGO deal is not truly buy one get one free. I had the same issue with his buy one, get one for $1. The first occurrence was May 19, 2014. The second was July 7, 2014.The first "deal" was off when I was charged 13.99 for two larges on a BOGO deal.The price of one was 10.99, with one additional topping ($10.99+$2.29), which equals $13.28 before tax, not $13.99.I notified the owner via [redacted] and was given a credit.The next time, they charged me incorrectly yet again. After lowering the before-tax pizza price, I was still charged excessive tax. I was literally charged $.90 for a $12.50 special. The guy at the cash register didn't even use a calculator or paper when I slowly explained to him the before-tax price I should be charged.The owner did not respond to my complaint on [redacted] and quickly blocked me.Product_Or_Service: Pizza- Buy one, get one free specialDesired SettlementI would like them investigated for false advertising. The owner is a crook.Business Response This person has been publicly harassing me for months on end. I honestly have no idea what they are complaining about. The first time that this customer complained regarding this issue over social media I went above and beyond by giving him a store credit based on good-faith that his "issue" had validation. After his further intention to slander my store via social media, I further investigated the matter and found no such error in which he continues claim. I have never received this complaint or any other complaint of similar content from any of our thousands of customers. The issue at hand that this person is continuing to complain about should address the possibility that the customer may be incorrect in his theory. It should be noted that I have tried to address and resolve the issue several times over [redacted] and [redacted] even after I issued the store credit and he has not yet responded to to one of a few responses yet continues to complain. This customer has not displayed any evidence that this miscalculation has occurred yet I have still tried several times to resolve the issue and ask that this customer stop with these ludacris allegations.
