Owner was irate, called me a "[redacted]" when calling to complain (politely) about COLD pizza that was delivered.on Tues 7/22, a few co-workers and I ordered food from this business. We have ordered from there many times before without incident, yet this time, the food took an HOUR (only 3 slices of pizza and an order of potato chips).Upon delivery, the food was COLD. We called to politely ask for replacement and were met with hostility and screamed at by the owner, [redacted]. The delivery driver [redacted] called us back a bit later, hoping to diffuse the situation. He spoke with [redacted] and trying to arrange for replacement food to go out. [redacted] was heard, clear as day, in the background, saying "I don't care what that [redacted] says! That pizza was HOT!!" I am not often left speechless, but how does this man stay in business, while verbally assaulting his customers? After reaching out to the person listed in the mentioned complaint, we found that it was not the actual customer, but a co-worker. We did however reach the customer. We spoke several times about the mentioned incident. Both [redacted] and employee spoke directly with the actual customer and feel this situation has been resolved.The customer is a long time customer assured us she will return to our establishment and continue to purchase the great products that has kept her coming back. We work hard to maintain a high standard of customer service and look forward to serving our customers great food that comes with quality service. Our Employee have been spoken with about the high standards that we set for them every working day, and we do not foresee similar problems in the future.Again, we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this manner in a professional matter.[redacted]Owner
