[redacted] lives in an Association bound by Rules and Regulations which have been broken.  Fines are imposed per the Rules & Guidelines and By-Laws of the Association.  Per the Rules of Country Estates the Board nor Management has to take photographs of any violation.This complaint...

is invalid and has nothing to do with my Company. We were simply doing as instructed by the Board of Trustees of the Community which makes any and all decisions and the responsible party who made the decision to impose the fine.  We did our Contracted job and nothing more.There is nothing more that can be done.  The Boards decision was final and [redacted] request was denied.  I ask this be closed.  Thank You, Dan-Mar Management Services, Inc.
