This is completely untrue, and curious as this client received full services pursuant to the contract we signedFurther, as a measure of complete client satisfaction, she was in fact issued a refund and accepted it, noting in writing complete satisfaction Following written confirmation
from her that she was completely satisfied, it is unknown why she would still lash out with a complaintWe wish her the best and hope that this was simply a misunderstanding on her part.
