We are actively trying to investigate the issue. This unit was installed on September 11,not March 2015. We show record of one visit to the house and that was a service call that took place in March. We have tried contacting MrWalker and left several messagesAs
soon as Mr Walker returns the call we will send a technician out to the home and hopefully have this taken care of.
