This is one of the WORST products we have ever used. We followed directions to the "T" because we have tile floors throughout our home with the exception of the three bedrooms. We have had to strip and redo the majority of our home because of the poor quality of this product. When we tried to contact the company, you could only contact them via email. We were unable to actually speak to any individual to voice our complaints. We were told this was a superior product and if it did not work properly, it was due to applying it incorrectly. We paid additional $$ to purchase "their" finish remover, then purchased "their" floor cleaner. This was so the product would work properly. Bunk!!! My husband admitted this was a HUGE mistake in purchasing this product and we would NEVER do so again and would NEVER recommend this product to anyone.
