I received an order that was completely wrong and managers who did not rectify the situationI ordered sets of earringsOut of the sets only one was correctI received two colors when I was ordered three I ordered the following: Topaz Slam Jet I received: Slam Colorado Topaz I was told it was human error but I am not sure how someone can mangle an order so badlyTo top it all off I called on a Friday and needed the earrings for SundayI was told they would not overnight the earrings to have them here when neededInstead I was told they would arrive on Tuesday because of the cost of shippingThe cost of shipping is not my problem when Algy completely messed up the orderObviously customers do not matter and Algy only cares about money The next option I was given was to cancel the order and receive a $gift certificate, for a company I would never use again or recommend to anyoneOr to keep the completely wrong order and receive 30% offMay I remind you only one set was correct and I did not want these earringsAfter three phone calls and dealing with a rude manager the best Algy could do was provide a 10% discount receiving the items days after the date they were needed The customer service repwas wonderful and was the only helpful person I dealt withIf it was not for him I would have completely cancelled my order
