Hello, we sent this customers sheet that got dirty during the move (it was raining) to the dry cleanersThey literally took a month and a half to get it back to usI stopped by there three timesI spoke to the customer originally to confirm what the cost of the chip in the wall was to fix and was awaiting a invoice or bill from shipperThe next time the shipper contacted us she stated she didn't want her sheet back and that we were going to buy her new sheetsThen she proceeded to yell and scream at me on the phone, so I hung up on herIt is not our intention to get into a screaming match with our customers, anyone who calls my family business and starts yelling at me is getting hung up onThank you and have a great day

Upon collecting this customers' bed sheet from the dry cleaners we dropped it off at her residence. We offered to fix the dent in her wall upon receiving a receipt or invoice for the repair of the dent. Instead of an amount, invoice, or receipt for the repairs, we have only received bad reviews on numerous sights, her husband writing negative reviews, and a distraught customer contacting my business screaming and yelling at us. This matter is closed and no further compensation will be given. Thank you and have a good day.
