To Whom It May Concern:We have been informed about a customer complaint being presented to the Revdex.comAs a business, we strive in ensuring excellent customer service alongside high standards for our business as a wholeIn order to continue to meet the standards we have set for ourselves, we have created a store policy, which includes return policies for our customers in order to prevent any deviation from our merchandise qualityIN order to be granted a return, the item must be brought back in three days wit a receiptThis policy is printed on each receipt.? The customer complaint that was presented was a customer who brought back several fresh food items after six days of having purchased themThe customer store these items in his freezer and brought them back to the store due to no longer having a need for themWe could not grant him a return for the following reasons:? The items were brought back without a receipt? The item were brought back six days after the purchase dateThe fresh items were frozen by the customer? Ali Baba food market? 1- we don’t sale frozen meat? 2- when he came to return the meat he admitted that he bought it 5-day ago? 3-if he has a receipt let him provide you with itI can provide you with a copy of the video to prove the opposite of his claim? In addition to that I can provide with a phone number of the security gardener who was witnessing everything.Mrs [redacted] ? I DON'T HAVE RECEIPTIT WAS PAID BY CREDIT CARD.THEY SELL FROZEN FOODIF SOMEBODY GOES TO STORE, THEY WILL IT.IT WAS NOT DAYSI WENT THE FOLLOWING DAYTHEY WERE ARGUING OWNER IS NOT HERE AND WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR RETURNTHEIR SECURITY GUARD WAS ALSO ARGUING.?
