Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because I did as told, please review everything in detail, it is clear the product was delivered brokenI then sent back the broken parts and never received replacementsThe supplier then asked for the bearings so I disassembled the units and paid to return the bearing which the supplier receivedI paid for the product and to be shipped and then paid to returned the productsI have spent over hours taking these products apart and the market value is worthlessThe supplier makes these out of there home and delivered the products crackedI have document proofI am out nearly 1,usd of the 2,not including the return shipping cost of $I want nothing to do with aliababa as it should not take months to solve thisIf the supplier was large and warranted the product or cured the issue we would not be hereI will NOT accept a Alibaba creditI paid cash, I want cash refund.

Hi [redacted],Thanks so much for your feedback.We contacted you about the complaint because we thought you had accepted that solution, now we have known your concerns and surely we will do the best to help you as before.You can see [redacted] dispute team supported you to return goods for refund at the very beginning and we had a very good starting to solve your problem, and we thought your problem could be solved very soon with your and supplier's cooperation.Currently, we understand that you don't get satisfied solution, we want to find the reason and quick way to help you.So we reviewed your case again and again, we still have a doubt that why you sent the parts (frames and bearings) to the supplier instead of sending the broken units to supplier ? because I notice on June 2nd, you were saying that you would return the broken units to supplier , but on June 5th you returned parts for two times. May I what happened on June 2nd to June 5th, what other agreements or solutions you reached with supplier in that 3 days ? If you have communication with supplier that supplier gave your alternative solutions that we didn't know, please respond to our dispute team online directly, we can check it deeply.  Thank you so much for your cooperation.
