Had a boudoir shoot with Liz in November. The shoot itself went very well (other than paying an extra fee for the stylist that the two women before me did not pay) I was satisfied with the experience, however it is now JUNE and I still have not received my photos. Excuse after excuse and most recently, Liz just completely ignored my attempts at contact. Very disappointed!

I made a review from here about Lizzie not messaging me back to make an appointment after putting a deposit on a maternity + newborn photoshoot after I made a deposit. Since then she has actually messaged me back and gave me my refund and was very proffesional about it. I would feel bad leaving a negative review after she that for me

Okay so there is a local photographer that I used for my pregnancy announcement photos. My nieces mom also goes to her and has been for 2 years. Need I remind you I went to her once after she canceled on us probably 4 times then picked a day 3 hours after it had finally stopped raining but was very windy, and out of the 30 pictures she took we only liked two.

Yesterday, a friend of mine wrote me on facebook and asked who did my announcement pictures because she wanted to get pictures done for her boyfriend for Christmas. I suggested the photographer that I went to and told her how much we paid. My friend said that was too exspensive for her right now but said she would go to her for easter pictures when she had more money to spend. Later that night I saw on Groupon that JC Pennys was doing an 85% off their full session which around here is orginally over $150 and ws doing it for like $25. My friend put a status on facebook asking if anyone knew any CHEAP but good photographers, after finding the groupon thing I commented on the status informing her what I saw trying to help her save money after already knowing she didnt want to go to the girl I suggested because she was tight on money.

Today, this "professional photographer" that I thought highly of has lost all my respect and showed her true colors. She made a status (knowing we follow eachother and i'd see it) saying "If you're gunna do a session with me then suggest jc pennys so someone else instead of me you can bet ill never schedule with you again #supportsmallbusiness) with that stupid clapping emoji. Need I remind you, my grandfather has owned a small business since he was 18 and is now 72 so dont preach to me about supporting something that gave me a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in and food every night. Obviously that status was directed to me so I wrote her explaining why I suggested jc pennys to my friend, even telling her that my first suggestion was to go to her. She didnt respond then I sent her another one saying I was sorry if she took it as I was trying to "steer business away from her". Instead of being an adult she blocked me,my mom and my sister (whos never had a conversation with her ever. she just added her because she knew me my brother and his girlfirend) apparently not knowing that I have friends on her page that saw my comment on my friends post then saw her status about what I said so they screenshot the comments and all she was doing was talking [redacted] about me and completely making fun of me for suggesting jc pennys saying "who suggests that, is this 1995 still" and I dont know if its the hormones but it really hurt my feelings and like ive cried probably 4 times because now shes making me out to be a B[redacted] for trying to help a friend give her boyfriend something nice but not spend all the money she had on it.

Ive had a ton of people who also saw the status message me knowing it was about me and they all keep saying not to worry about it and how shes done the same thing to them for going to a different photographer and they no longer go to her. This "Professional photographer" who owns a small business can sit there and put stuff on facebook that 80% of the time is bashing her own clients thinking they wont see it because not all of them follow her actual page just her phtographer page.

The photos are good but on a business level, the customer service is very poor and very rude. I will not be recommending this photographer to anyone ever.

I purchased a photo session for a fresh 48 worth $175. If I paid in full I also received a free maternity session. My maternity session got changed over and over so my boss offered to take pics for me at her house for free (I was worried I wouldn't get any in time) which obviously bothered Lizzie. Well my shoot once again got rescheduled and I ended up having my baby before this date. At the hospital I was told that I could get a newborn session instead or a mini shoot this summer or fall. I emailed about the newborn shoot and got no response twice. So I AGAIN emailed and was told she was too busy and that I would only be recieving the fresh 48 shoot. I asked about the mini session and once again no reply. I have worked with Lizzie before and I must say I'm disappointed. I appreciate The hospital pics but $200 for 20 pics and 15 minutes of her time seems quite ridiculous. When my husband emailed her quite upset it became our fault that we weren't getting what we were told. We were told I had to contact her in 14 days (which I did!) and even now the baby was only two days past that for the "newborn shoot". Being a new mom you think she would be more understanding of how important these couple memories will be but I guess not.

I also have had two people I know win shoots with her and they "expired" before being used or also did not hear back for booking so they give up. Very unprofessional. If you keep overbooking yourself then maybe you should invest in some extra workers instead of disappointing people with multiple schedule changes for the owner having no time.

Lizzie is extremely unprofessional. I hired her to photograph my wedding. She didn't meet any of the deadlines she set for herself and I didn't receive all of the products I paid for. When I expressed my disappointment she was very rude, was not willing to rectify the problems in any way, and blocked me on Facebook.
She has terrible customer service skills.

I had two shoots with Lizzie, a couples session and she also did our wedding. She is very nice and did an excellent job! She is professional and had plenty of ideas for our couples shoot. For our wedding she captured everything I told her I would like and more. I had absolutely no problems at all, she was very easy to get ahold of. I also received photos from both shoots in a timely matter. She lets you choose how you would like to do your payments. I did a deposit and monthly payments (total of 3 payments). I would definitely hire her again!

I got boudior photos done by Lizzie in August of 2015. Recently I found out she used my photos for her website. Even after I told her she wasn't allowed too. Those photos were intended for the eyes of my husband only. I have asked her 3 times to take them down and she still hasn't. When you type in her name on Google search my photos pops up. I feel as if my privacy was violated. Now everyone can see the intimate photos I took for my husband for our anniversary.

Watch out for this photographer! She'll steal your money and she's rude as [redacted]! You'll book a session, pay your deposit, and then she'll reschedule and make excuses, until you get fed up and say something about it. After you say something about it, she'll insult you, block you on social media, and keep your money. So my advice to whomever reads this... go to someone with more experience. Preferably someone who isn't an amateur photographer with a nonexistent degree!

After two positive experiences with bookings with this photographer, I scheduled a third after she advertised she would like to photograph some families. I scheduled with her on March 26, 2015 for a session on July 12, 2015 and payed her a booking deposit. On May 15, 2015, I notified Lizzie that we would need to reschedule our appointment due to a hiking trip we would be taking out of state during that week. She told me she would send me a list of dates that she would be available on at a later date to which we did not get a response until August 3, 2015. I responded on the 6th agreeing to pick an available date when it was best for her. I did not get a response until Sept. 1st that included possible dates. None that worked out for us. We were not able to nail an available date that worked our for both parties until October 5th. The date was scheduled for October 14th at a location 45 minutes away. She had to be reminded that we payed a deposit and we had a receipt. After all new clothes and haircuts/styles were purchased for this session, we arrived at our location 30 minutes early and I sent her a text that we had arrived and waiting. I received the following text. Lizzie: I messaged you earlier? It must not have gone through, I'm at hillcrest right now for a newborn. :/. Thats what the post was for on the page too :(. I checked my messages and her websites thinking I goofed up and found nothing. Me: Oh ok, just checked, no message went through. Will you not be meeting us today or just a little late? Lizzie: I'm so sorry! I just went back to the message, I sent a group one to all the sessions I had for this evening and you weren't added to it. I am so sorry :(. Sorry? Hmmm, sorry would have included contacting us back after the trouble, money and the time we took to get there (we have an autistic child that can be difficult to have cooperation with his behavior). We received no response or refund after being stood up by this photographer. Im not concerned about receiving the deposit back because we did in fact reschedule the original date. I do understand that even though we gave her two months in advance notice of our rescheduling, she is a small business and I respect the fact that she, like most small businesses would need punctual notice. I believe her lack of attempt to contact me was utmost disrespectful, distasteful and just plain bad business practice. She took my money and I received no service/product. I would not recommend her business!

It is noted clearly in several places on our website as well as on our contracts that all deposits are 100% non-refundable.  We do not accept clients for engagement-only type sessions, we do these sessions exclusively as a bonus for our wedding clients.

Very Rude and unprofessional says she has a major in photograpy, but does not...
