I had a listing in Waterford, CA and I hired Alicia to clean it She was super responsive and said she would clean the house on Sunday or Tuesday, I asked her to clean it on Sunday, she then asked if she could go on Saturday to clean it which I said was fine Then on Monday she called and said that the house would be 100% cleaned by p.mand asked if I would meet her there for payment I told her I was not in town but that I could mail her payment She then said she had to pay her helper who had already cleaned the house and could I send payment via money gram Since she had a business site set up and I had her name, address and phone number I did not think it a problem to do so, I sent her $which she collected Then I visited the property the next day to find out that it had not even been touched or accessed by her I contacted her and she said she had been sick and that she would clean it that evening, still not cleaned and have not heard a word from her In essence she is a thief who stole $from me for services she never performed or intended to perform

Review: I hired [redacted] to clean a listing that I have in Waterford. We set an appointment for her to clean the property on Saturday, however she did not communicate with me about the completion of cleaning until Monday and stated that it would be "100% clean by 5 p.m." and could I meet her at the property. I told her that the reason I wanted it cleaned over the weakend was because I would be able to go to the property then but Monday evening I was not in town. I told her to send me an invoice and I would get payment to her, she agreed. She then contacted me and stated that she had to pay her helper so she needed payment right away and asked me to send it via money gram to a [redacted]. I sent her $150 on Tuesday and then visited the property Wednesday morning to find that it had not been touched. I contacted her and she stated she had been sick and that she would clean it that evening. I told her I sent her payment because she had stated the property had been completed. She promised to clean it Wednesday evening but she never showed nor will she contact me back.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $150 is the only resolution to this issue
