verbally altered the agreement in good faith that, Alicia Rae Photography would provide additional services the the client including complete coverage of the wedding, video services and products not included in the contract in trade for remodeling work for Alicia Rae Photography at the agreed rate of 8 hours of work for $100.00 or $12.00 per hour of services provided by the clients remodeling company [redacted] after the clients approached Alicia Rae Photography with this offer stating that their company [redacted] was providing trade services to other vendors for services for their wedding. Alicia Rae Photography provided services that were agreed upon to the clients on the wedding day in lou of trade services provided by [redacted]. The party contacted Alicia Rae Photography in attempt to make a cash payment on 10/23/16 by text message instead of completing the work in trade services. Although Alicia Rae Photography presents evidence via text messages, notes on the receipts presented by the clients, measurements of the projects presented by Alicia Rae Photography for the exact measurements given by [redacted] along with the last three pages of the original contract agreement not included in the complaint there is no written contract between the partys that the evidence presented. Alicia Rae Photography has been extremely inconvenienced financially due to the expenses accrued for materials and supplies needed for the work the clients company [redacted] were to provide, as well as inconvenienced by the length of time the clients company [redacted] services have prolonged and still remain incomplete, indicated in the receipts and text messages provided. I hope that these act as evidence of the parties additional good faith agreement and support that it was an existed agreement. Alicia Rae Photography has every intention to make an agreement with her clients, has been completely honest about her intentions and would wish to resolve this matter and believes  that the clients are in fact not being completely honest about the complaint.Thank you,Alicia R**
