In February of I employed Aliera Accounting to file my Income Tax return I feel misled and requested a refund
In February of 2015, at the reference of a friend, hired the Aliera Accounting office to complete, and file, our Income Tax return I inquired about filing injured spouse and I was advised that we were to file innocent spouse and was assured that it was one in the same I was told that a letter was to be submitted to the IRS basically requesting permission to file innocent spouse and that once we received the letter from the IRS then Aliera Accounting would then electronically file the Tax return The length of receiving the letter would be approximately weeks weeks (June-July timeframe) came and went and I inquired several times about this letter and each time I was told that it takes time I was even showed proof from other clients' files of similar letters and in some cases the length of time exceeded the weeks I asked Aliera Accoun
