Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Alife regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I ordered a shirt from this company early in March (the receipt said the [redacted] but as you'll read later, I am not sure if this is accurate). I never received an order confirmation email from the company or any sign that my order had been processed. A few days passed and I continuously checked my bank account to see if I had been charged for the product (a total of $70.99 including shipping and handling). For 3 days, the charge was pending, meaning the bank had not officially removed the money from my account. Then, suddenly, the pending transaction disappeared from my account history. It was no longer pending and nothing had been approved. The amount had not been removed from my account either. So, I went to my local [redacted] branch (this is the bank account that I used to make the purchase) and the teller could not see the activity either. She told me to contact the company and ask them if the order went through because she could not see any proof that it did. I took her advice and emailed the company. They have a contact page on their website ([redacted]) that only allows you to email them. They do not post their phone number on their site. I waited a day or so and never heard back from the company. I assumed the order did not go through. So I ordered the shirt again. This time, I received 2 order confirmation emails FOR THE SAME ORDER (the order number was the same on both emails). I checked my account and $70.99 had been removed for the shirt. A few days later I received 2 identical shirts from the company. I then checked my bank account again. At some point between then and the last time I checked, the company removed another $70.99 from my account. They charged me one time for each shirt. I only wanted one shirt. I then emailed the company explaining the confusion and again, I never heard back from them. I did not return the second shirt because the store only offers store credit for returns and I want a cash refund. I explained this to them in the email but, because they never responded, I did not want to return the shirt without knowing what kind of refund I would get (if any). So currently, I have one shirt that I opened and have worn and another completely untouched shirt that is still in its wrapping and has all its tags attached. I then went to my bank and explained the situation to them. They filed a charge dispute with the company and told me to file a complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would $70.99 refunded into my bank account.

Review: I ordered shoes from Alife. The retailer told me that the package was sent on May **, 2015 but intercepted delivery. It was returned on May **, 2015, to the address of sender. No one has contacted me and explained what happened even though that I already have paid for the product. They are a limited shoe edition and now sold out.Desired Settlement: I want the shoes to be delivered to my address.

Review: On 2/*/15 I made an order on line [redacted]. It arrived a week later. I made a 700$ order from this store. A pair of shoes I bought did not fit. A pair of asics. They did not send a complete reciept either, with everything I just bought. The two pairs of sneakers were not on the riecpt. I contact them, that same day, or at least send an email to there customer service department. I get no confirmation that anything has been sent to them. after a week I finally get someone on the phone. I tell them what is going on and they say to mail it back to the address in PA. It arrived at this store no later than 3/*/2015. After again not hearing back from them, when there was no responce or money put back in my account weeks later I once again finally get someone on the phone. I again tell this person what is going on and they tell me to email someone my issue, which they gave me some email... I email with no responce. There is no customer service department at this store. The amount of money I have given this place. On 3/* I shipped my order back to them. I want my 100$ back. and its more of the fact that you dont have a customer service department. I have my alife order number and the usps priority mail receipt.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
