The custo er service is horrible. Jonathon is rude he hung up and stating a rude comment Krystin is a liar she stated that my money would be overnight due to them mailing my check.to the wrong address and it has been over 7 days and counting and I haven't received my money. Spoke with Josy who claimed to be a supervisor who did absolutely nothing to assist. Please do not deal with this company

Have not received pension for December 2019; called and reported incorrect bank account on December 2, 2019 when deposit was in pending status. Reported ongoing issue with numerous calls and issue is still not resolved. has not been positive. Company put a stop on December check mailed and I was charged $12 from my bank with funds deducted from my bank account.

I tried numerous times to speak with a supervisor and today, February 3, 2020, was finally connected with a supervisor named Tracy. Note: one representative even argued that I put a stop on the check. I would not be so foolish to deposit a check if I put a stop on it. AlightSolutions put a stop on the check!

Waiting for February 2020 and December 2019 payments.Help!
