I reject this statement because I never demanded the same interest rate or monthly paymentI even showed back up with 1000$ and asked them to put me in a different carAt that time they stated "they were done trying to help me" and would not put me in a different carEvery time I go to make my car payment one of them is making snide remarks about my character and sarcastically makes fun of me

Our response is as follows, [redacted] filled out a credit application at our dealership, Align Motorcar Group, LLC on 2/3/16. She provided all the necessary documentation to purchase a vehicle and signed a legally binding contract for a Nissan Maxima last six of vin 60120. In the contract she...

agreed to pay $1500.00 down payment and 56 payments of $150.00 bi-weekly with a final odd payment of $57.35 at 13.97% interest rate. There was a Texas Vehicle Inspection Report performed on this vehicle on 1/8/16 at 13:27, see attached and the customer was also provided a Carfax report on the vehicle prior to purchase. All of our vehicles are sold “As Is” and she also signed this legal documentation.  [redacted] stated in her complaint that $2500 was stolen from her the night before she signed the paperwork. The original verbal agreement was that she would put $4000 down and 18% interest rate on the Nissan Maxima that she test drove and agreed to purchase. Wes, one of the Align Motorcar Group owners, worked with her after her money had been stolen and not only reduced her down payment but also lowered her interest rate. After she began complaining about the vehicle post purchase, he graciously agreed to let [redacted] get out of the Nissan Maxima to another vehicle on the lot and she was allowed to test drive any that she requested to test drive: however, he did not agree to get her out of the Maxima into a more expensive vehicle for the same down payment, the same interest rate, and the same monthly payment. This was explained in detail to [redacted]. [redacted] was adamant that she wanted the Chevy Malibu, but was unable to pay the difference in the down payment which would have been $2000 and she refused all of the other options on the lot.  Our commissioned salesmen do not have the authority to unwind or modify contracts that we have with customers. No one at Align Motorcar Group has ever “ignored” or “dodged” any of [redacted]’s questions or calls.  This vehicle was titled on 3/4/16 as per the state requirement within 30 days of purchase date. This customer is repeatedly misquoting Wes Mason and misrepresenting what has been offered to her from Align Motorcar Group related to this vehicle purchase. The following options were given/offered to her:                      1. She was given a lower down payment when she reported that her down payment had been “stolen”                                         ...⇄                                  2. She was given a LOWER interest rate after an interest rate had been agreed upon and her original down payment had been “stolen”                                         ...⇄                                 3. She was offered to move from the Nissan Maxima to another vehicle that was the same price and she refused wanting  a more expensive car                                         ...⇄                 4. She provided with all of the information this dealership had related to this car prior to her purchase                   We were more than willing to  participate in this negotiation process within a few days of the initial sale, this customer would not work with us within what was being offered to her to reconcile this situation.       Thank You [redacted] Align Motor Car Group
