Good afternoon,AliMed received Ms***'s apron order on the morning of February 11, 2017. The order was entered on Alimed.com and Ms*** contacted AliMed via email on February 13th requesting a call back for payment to be submitted via credit card. Payment for the order
was entered on February 15th. Ms***'s custom order shipped one week beyond ship time of days due to a manufacturing delay. AliMed received a complaint on size and color of customer apron on March 20th. Customer Service communicated our Returns team would reach out directly to manufacturer to see if they would take the product back as custom products are non-returnable. We received authorization to return product and email (attached) was sent with options to Ms*** today, March 31. File will be updated once Ms*** advises us on her choice to either return the product for full credit or order a replacement apron.

Good afternoon, AliMed arranged for a Return Authorization with the customer and they never returned the product. Our Service Team reached out several times to follow up on the return after providing the Return Authorization number but we did not issue credit as product was not
returned. Standard protocol is to issue credit upon receipt of return. AliMed issued credit for product without receiving return to satisfy customer (see attached). Credit was issued on 3/6/18. Thank you,*** ***Director, Call Center Operations

Good afternoon, Mr*** called in yesterday afternoon and the complaint had not been reviewed until this morning, a credit has been issued to Mr*** in the amount of $(see attached). He had placed an order and requested overnight delivery, but can only assume that he didn't read our
shipping terms when he placed the order. Overnight deliveries are based on business days, the order was placed on Friday and was requested overnight which next business day is Monday, however Monday 9/was a holiday which delayed the shipment to Tuesday. AliMed does offer Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday, however that was not the method of shipping requested. Our shipping terms are listed on our website: http://www.alimed.com/shipping/ Rush DeliveryNormally, orders are shipped within hours (excluding weekends and holidays)For same-day rush shipment add a $special handling charge plus the regular shipping charges As a courtesy we did issue credit to Mr*** for $40.00, charging on ground rate at $9.95. An email, along with a copy of the credit memo was emailed to Mr*** this morning
