I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They did
not address any of the issues in my original complaint. If for example: running our of Salad, Jello Molds, having bread scraps, raw meat at times, rude waitresses, removing 1/to full paid for drinks, is providing the services agreed? I would like to see the contract that stated I would accept these issues/concerns. When I attempted to work discuss these as well as many of my originally stated issues with the restaurant, they were never addresses, other non-related items were brought up instead.So, no I do not accept the response as NONE of my issues were resolved/addressed in the response
