Why the front desk person did tell me in person no charge on the day I visited the dentist if their office always charge for the consultation? Please explain to me? I also confirmed twice to make sure for free consultation with the lady guide me to see the dentist before I stepped in the room to see the dentist. I could go home if the lady tell me no free consultation. I know my insurance benefit very well that is why I was looking for a free consultation to find the best dentist could give me a good treament and good deal. I dont want to pay for consultation if the dentist couldnt give me a right or good treatment. There are alot of the dental offices offer a free consultation in the country. I dont have any reason to tell lie or deny to pay. It was just a greement before the service. Notthing deals with my copay or benefit at all. The reason I gave the front desk person my insurance card was she wanted to help me to find out how much my insurance could cover for my future treatment after discussing with the dentist. BUT finally, the dentist couldnt help me after we talked. I didnt expect the dental office claimed my insurance for that service. I believe that their office tried to get a new patient so they promised everything but they turned around and did not accept what they offerred to a patient. I am asking Revdex.com please help me to request the dental office refunds amout that they claimed my insurance and drop to charge me a different. They can not break their promise.

Review: I asked and made sure the dental employee that I visited dentist Alireza Khansari for a free consulting only not involed to my insurance or fee at all. The lady helped me that day told me"don't worry, no charge today". She only took my insurance information for future visit and patient record. I trusted her and gave her my insurance card. Now I recieved a bill from a dental office. My insurance was take care of 50% service and the rest was my responsibility. I did call and talked with a person in charge a bill. She told me to deal with my insurance not dental office. Her office doesn't offer a free consluting for a new patient. I am very dissapoint about Alireza Khansari office service. At the beginning, the employee confirmed me in person no charge and after the service I got a bill. What kind of business is it? I'd like the dentist will refund money to my insurance and won't charge me any fee as his employee promised me before I saw him.
