Review: Purchased 5 Rotis and drinks (5). The order was completely wrong. We ordered 3 made Roti which is when you have it in the baked cover and 2 separately. The two separate were to have NO PEPPER and one of the sandwich ones was to have extra pepper. One in the foil container had a vast amount of pepper and looked as if someone had just dumped red pepper flakes or sauce in there. The other was a plate of bones! I called and the person [redacted] was yelling and screaming telling me he has been there for 35 years and I am cantakerous. I did NOT call to speak to him, I asked to leave a message for the owner/manager. He ([redacted]) hung up the phone on me. This is no way to conduct business. I know these [redacted] places do not know how to deal with customers. The cashier was also rude in that he wanted to argue with the person placing the order that he is confusing. They are rude and they need to refund my money or correct the order. [redacted] was saying I should come back, I am visiting from Florida and was miles away and not one of their walk about customers. I was no less than 10 miles. This person should not be allowed to deal with customers. He is brash, rude and abnoxious. Before hanging up, [redacted] told me he dont care if I go online and report them, go to hell. He also told me that he had seen a message there before. This was the second time I had been there, once last summer when I was here and today. I HAD NEVER CALLED THE ESTABLISHMENT BEFORE.Desired Settlement: replacement of products if I am still in New York. If not, send my refund to the Florida address.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] even though we explained what was wrong, the owner says he does not know what to remedy for. We purchased the following: 5 Rotis of which 3 were goat and two were chicken. Two were to be separated and the meat not placed in the dough; that was not done. Also, one goat was to be extra peppered, two were laced with hot pepper along with one chicken. There were also five drinks purchased.

We would like to have the rotis corrected and we ARE NOT asking for cash back if the order can be replaced. Please let [redacted] know we are willing to drive all the way back from Queens almost to get a replacement and to let us know who to ask for and to consider that we will expend gas to come back there. Also, his employee should be told how to deal with customers as well. There is no need to yell, scream and hang up when someone is letting you know their order was wrong and they had come from a far place passing through your area to make a purchase.

[redacted] returned to the shop and we both shared apologies in concern to the

complaint about the lack of customer service she received about her order

that we did not properly fulfill. We replaced the mistaken order that she

previously received and also spruced it up a bit by by crediting her on

another order she made which she was truly grateful for. We appreciate her

return service and hope she stays with us and accepts our sincere apology.

She will use this as fuel to improve on our quality of service and efficiency

of fulfilling orders correctly. Once again thank you and sorry for any
