As a business condo owner I have been very unhappy with the way the person assigned as liaison from Harvard Management to the condominium park where I own a property has recently treated me. In my opinion her lack of professionalism has cast a negative light on what is, according to several other Harvard managed properties, a well-run organization. I certainly would suggest a careful screening of the individual designated by the management company to handle park business.
