I received the most horrible service and experience with Alisha's creations. I ordered a custom order that was over-priced and not what was agreed.
I arrived with my two sisters in April of 2018 to select outfits for my wedding. We browsed many outfits and decided to custom order an outfit due to the custom sizes and colors needed. Based off the store pieces selected, Alisha drew out a sketch of what we expected the outfits to look like and provided it to us at a later time. Measurements were taken by her the same day we were in the store. We liked what we saw on the drawing and continued with the transaction and paid her a total of $304.95 on May 20th, 2018 through *** app. My sisters do not live in Tampa so most of the interactions and conversations with Alisha were done through text or phone. My sister and I tried to communicate with Alisha trying to obtain any update on the outfits multiple times. She felt that since she had no information to share she would just not return our calls or messages. Often she would state she didn't receive a voicemail as well. We did not receive the outfits until July 2018, two weeks before my wedding. The outfits were promised by June the latest so any last minute adjustments could be made well in advance. The outfits would not be mailed to us in time so we asked that the outfits be mailed to her store where we would pick them up in person. When we went to pick the items up, she was not in the store or available to come to the store. She left the outfits with one of her employees and referred to my sisters and I as the "crazy sisters." My sister tried on the outfit and was many sizes too big and not what the drawing looked like. She called the employee at the store and asked her to take the measurements again and that she would alter them and get them back to us. However, that would mean my sisters would have to drive up from Orlando again in order to receive the outfit one week before the wedding. We left one outfit there to be altered with the new measurements and took one with us so my other sister could try it on. The next day on July 10th, 2018 I called Alisha over the phone and she was extremely rude and kept talking over me and would not give a chance to speak, and then hung up on me! I asked for a refund on the outfit because it was not what was expected and I felt the alterations would not be done in time for my wedding. She went on to tell me that there were no refunds on custom orders and stated she could not do that. I tried to explain to her that one of the outfits did not even leave her store and again asked for a refund. She then went on to say that if a refund was going to be provided she would be deducting $50.00 for a restock fee. Again none of this was ever relayed to prior to purchase. She continued to be rude and often hung up abruptly. She refunded to me later that day $254.95 through ***. This was one of the most horrible customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I have been working in customer service for over 13 years and not once have ever treated someone with this much disrespect. I believe I was overcharged, I feel an apology is in order and a refund for at least $300 should be given for the months of stress and time spent dealing with this, as well as the time driving back and forth from Orlando to Tampa. No one should be disrespected or treated in this manner. I have pictures I can provide with what was expected and what was given.

Desired Outcome

I would like Alisha to apologize and admit that she was rude and provided horrible customer service. Also, that she over charged and provided us something that was not clearly was ordered and agreed upon. A refund of at least $300 should also be provided due to the time, effort and stress she put myself and family through two weeks before my wedding.

We provided the customer with outfits that met every request that she and her sisters made at the time of placing the order. The order was completed and made available to them within a month despite of the standard store policy requiring a minimum of 2 months upon receiving a final confirmation from them. They were well aware of the fact that the drawing was purely illustrative and that there would be differences between the order they placed and outfit that they saw at the boutique which is priced at $600 to accommodate their budget of $300. We have a clear policy of no exchange or refunds which was stated verbally at the time of purchase and it is also stated on the receipt.
She came to the store and drove away regular and potential new customers while she was demanding a refund with her crude language and character defamation. I was informed by my associate that her sister also attempted to coerce her into allowing her to steal a waist belt as compensation. I elected to not report the matter to the police in continued effort to resolve the issue amicably. I provided her with several options to resolve the matter despite our no refund no exchange policy which she vehemently declined. She continued to harass me for a full refund by calling, texting, and having family members calling the store during and outside regular business hours. Regardless of her abhorrent behavior, I offered her a full refund minus a restocking fee. After which she continued to send multiple text messages that were threatening in nature. The final price of the product was $305.95 from which a $50 restocking fee was retained. She has no basis for the $300 she is demanding in compensation as she already received a refund of $254.95.
I have attached files as proof that we have met every request that the customer made and were well aware of what to expect in the final product along with a copy of the original receipt stating the store policy.
