complaint. Her crown was done about 2years ago and since then the office has been sold and Dr. [redacted] no longer worksin this office. After I received the complaint on 12/03/2014 I called Mrs [redacted]and tried to solve the issue. As the new owner of the practice and as a courtesy to her Ioffered to redo any work that was needed to be redone, therefore I offered to evaluateand replace her crown at no cost. So it wouldn't be Dr [redacted] who would do the workand there is no reason why she should be afraid of me. Since she declined and choseto get work done in another office the matter was out of my hands. Also as the newowner I am not in the position to refund her money just because you chose to go toanother office to have the work done, it was paid by her insurance anyway and almostno copayment. We've been more than willing to make good on this issue, offered morethan we should have, not because we had to but because we want to make sure ourpatients are satisfied and instead I got yelled at over the phone and she hung up on me.I have the records from our dental software with all the attempts to schedule anappointment and fix her tooth. or just the regular recalls. We are still willing to replacethe crown and no cost to her, but I can't offer her a refund from this office, that's why ldidn't understand why the complaint was against me in the first place.Please include this in her case and let her know that we are still willing to help her.Thank you,

Review: Dr. [redacted] replaced 3 of my filling with crowns. I have had several problems with #31. I tried to tell her several times during the procedure that I was in a lot of pain and that something did not feel right. I was having difficulty eating and chewing on the right side. She also took X Rays and said everything was fine. I continued to have pain for several months.I finally decided to see a different dentist and he tried to talk me into going back to seeing Dr. [redacted] to get my crown fixed but I was seriously too afraid. I know it sounds childish but I really was scared to go back.I talked to my insurance and they stated that due to the circumstances I should get a full refund.I have emailed the office and they stated that Dr. [redacted] has sold the practice and that they would forward my complain to her and she would have to decide whether or not she would give me the refund. It has been a month and she has not contacted me and the office does not return my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund because I have now had to pay out of pocket to fix the crown. When I had Insurance and she ran it up and got all this money for work that was not done correctly.
