Granted it was six weeks from the repaving date until the minor flaw was repaired; but Aliston didn't cash our cheque until the flaw was repaired
It was last year - 2014. My driveway was overdue for paving. I searched online and solicited for a good reputable company that not only did a good job but also for their business ethical behavior, i.e., their communication style in person and via email, sales representative, their appearance, politeness, experience, taking notes of details, explaining communication style, prompt responses, commitment and standing by their promises, etc. I must say, Aliston Paving excelled in each of these categories mentioned besides performing a super job on my ugly looking driveway.
BTW - during my solicitation via telephone calls to paving related companies, Aliston was recommended as the best in class!
While they were performing the necessary tasks involved in any driveway work and after, all my neighbours (7 of them) came out and asked me for the company's name and contact.
