My client was scheduled for a nail appointment on a Friday at 2:30pmShe arrive about 5-mins late, no big dealPrior to her arrival, I inboxed her via Face Book confirming her appointmentI told her that I inboxed her right when she arrived, "Hey, I just inboxed you lol" and she opened the message right then and there, and apologized for arriving lateOur booking procedures are through phone, or our websiteHowever, I'm always extra helpful to our clients, and will assist them on FB or IG, etcno big deal...She and I had a great time while she was visitingWe discussed a few topics, coming to find out that we both knew a common friend, and we graduated from the same high schoolShe seemed to be very satisfied with her service, as well as her experience with myself, and the salon staffShe rescheduled for a returning fill in two weeksI wasn't rushing her services, but I apologized for having to rush out of the salon at 4:30pmWe close at 7pm My salon was featured in a Fashion Show & I was excusing myself from my client, and my place of business, not rushing, just mannersThe following day I received a message from My client informing me that she was upset about the message I sent via FB, and her nailsI called her immediately to address the issueShe stated my tone of the message was badI informed her that's an assumption, and I told her about this same message when she entered the salon, which she openedShe than began telling me that I should of gave her a manicure with her Glass SetI informed her that that's a separate request, and informed her of why I wouldn't of suggested doing a manicure before a full setThis is my name and my business, I wouldn't let anyone walk out of the salon with bad looking nailsThose glass nails were laid! They looked great, and she seemed very satisfiedThere was no point getting across on the phone call, my client didn't request her money back, she just wanted to tell me how I should of did my job for the most partI allowed her to talk aggressive to me, and simply told her I wasn't the nail tech for her, have a great weekend, and ended the callMy client later got on FB and spoke inappropriately about me, and my craftShe was very bold in the commentsI didn't respondI later received a letter from the Revdex.comI don't have a strict policy concerning nail mishapsAny issues that I've had in the pass, I fixThere are nail techs available to satisfy clientsAny of the "pain" conditions my client stated she was in, she never informed me aboutI apologize for that, and if this is the case, I would of liked to know about her uncomfortableness so I can see what the real problem isNot only for her, but my craft and overall in this industryThank you for listening.***
