Alkemist Trimming & Distribution is SUPPOSED to be a plant trimming facility.
They don't require people to wash their hands, wear gloves, or stay 6 feet apart, They hire people under the table and off the books, pay them off the records in tons of cash, they have no contact info, they don't let people with no criminal record work there, and I have a reliable tip that they traffic drugs and people in that area. The security guard was spoken to aboit sexually harrassing me outside right as a big black van pulled up and a man got out. A woman started walking over so he left, but I'm pretty sure this sketchy warehouse is a front for bigger issues and needs to be investigated. The HR lady, Nina, said she doesn't hire people with disabilities and doesn't hire people who don't have an SUV type vehicle. Not sure what she means by that. Also, a man who works there named *** has been caught outside that place bragging about rape.
Other (requires explanation) Alkhemist is advertising as a plant trimming facility, but they are really moving drugs and sex traffic victims. This needs to be reported and investigated so that people don't try to go in and apply, thinking its a legit business, and they get exploited or worse.
is the girlfriend of one of our employees here at Alkhemist. ***. *** thinks her boyfriend is cheating on her so she applied for a position here at our company to be able to keep tabs on him, upon reviewing her resume and experience we found that she had no applicable experience for what the position requires which is 2+ years of Cannabis trimming and/or PreRoll making. We let her know that we did not have a position available for her and to reach back out to us in a month or so to see if any additional positions in our other departments were available.
*** informed her boyfriend Tobias that if we were not going to hire her that she would file a false complaint against the company. Tobias can also attest to this as he came to me to let me know ahead of time. The person she mentioned in her complaint, Fernando, also can attest to this. She mentioned Fernando specifically because he posted a photo on IG and in the background she saw her boyfriend sitting next to a female worker. Since then she has been IG messaging various workers here at our company asking them if they have been sleeping with her boyfriend. Her Boyfriend Tobias is still currently employed here because we do not believe that this matter should effect his career with Akhemist.
Alkhemist is a Fully licensed cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution center. We have cameras throughout the inside and outside of our facility that can disprove any allegations made in this claim.

I spoke with the HR manager and my boyfriend. Myself, and the friends of his involved all acted immature with our petty outside-of-work drama. I remain that I didn't falsify the report and that was a misunderstanding that was taken care of over the phone, but that I should have brought my concerns to the HR manager because it turned out to be miscommunication and misunderstanding for everyone involved. As of now, the HR manager and myself have cleared things up.
