Review: About 3 years ago, this company's rep contacted me on my cell, on someone's referral, and offered their printing services. They kept me on the phone for 30, despite my repeated attempts to end the conversation. I didn't want to be rude, but eventually, I told them to call me the next day, which they did. I agreed to send them one printing order at a set rate and printing time. I also advised them of my Tax Exempt status. The order took 4 times longer then agreed, at double the price and they charged tax, while the quality was some of the worst I've ever seen. When I questioned them, they claimed that my Tax form went to a wrong department, twice, and their billing dept made an error in billing. I had them refund my money and told them not to bother me anymore. A year later, another rap called and offered their "improved" services again. I told him to leave me alone. The next day, he showed up at my house uninvited. I told him he was trespassing and that I'm calling the cops. 2 years later, yesterday, same rep called me on all my lines and emailded me on 2 of my email addresses. He just won't leave me alone and I'm tired of their harassment.Desired Settlement: Please help me get this incompetent and pigheaded lab off my back.
