I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
Willow Creek Land Design stated in their response to complaint # *** that they have the right to trim branches and limbs that extend past my property lineIn my response, the branches and limbs that were trimmed by them were not trimmed from the point of extension past my property line but instead were trimmed at the trunk of the tree is which located on my propertyBy trimming the branches and limbs from the trunk, Willow Creek Land Design trespassed onto my propertyCrew members extended a saw beyond their client's property line and into the boundaries of my property to remove branches and limbs that originate from a tree that is located on my property. Willow Creek Land Design stated in their response to complaint # *** that no damage was done to my propertyIn my response, damage was in fact done to my property as Willow Creek Land Design removed branches and limbs from a tree on my property without my consentThe branches and limbs were removed from a part of the tree that is within the boundaries of my propertyDamage was caused when the branches and limbs were trimmed at the point of the tree that exists on my propertyWillow Creek Land Design stated in their response to complaint # *** that I was notified as to what date the job would be completedIn my response, I was never notified as to what date the job was scheduled to be completed as I would have made myself available to be home on the date the job was scheduled to be completedDuring my conversation with one of the crew members in the days prior to damage being caused to my property, I advised him that I am not giving permission to remove any branches or limbs from my property. Willow Creek Land Design stated in their response to complaint # *** to contact them directly outside of the Revdex.com's complaint portal for any further questionsIn my response, I will not be contacting them outside of the Revdex.com’s complaint portalAfter Willow Creek Land Design caused damage to my property and prior to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, I contacted them by phoneWhen I called I spoke with *** who said he would come to my residence to inspect the damage that was doneWithin several minutes of ending this conversation, I was contacted by phone by ***I explained my concerns to him regarding how damage was done to my property when the saw operated by a Willow Creek Land Design crew member crossed passed their client’s property onto my property and trimmed branches and limbsHe did not want to repair or replace the damage that was done to my property*** did not come inspect the damage

Dear ***, I am sorry you feel this way, but the complaint that you made to the Revdex.com is falseIn regards to your complaint we were called to your neighbors property to trim the over hanging branches of your tree that bordered are clients property lineBy law, my company has the right to trim
