Called for an estimate only to only have item repaired!!
Was told and handed paper with minor concerns, to only receive an email stating everything is wrong but the State inspectors have passed everything for over years!!!!
I plan to go baby state inspectors! Believe only trying to drum up more business, needless to say they lost our business!
We used BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air 2/24/ Our furnace needed repair as only the fan was blowing cold air Alanda arrived minutes after receiving a courtesy call A safety switch needed to be reset (less than minutes to figure out) She recommended cleaning the furnace as we had not had this done for a few years When we received the bill, only charged for the cleaning Thanks BullsEye!! Living in miles inside Manitou city limits, its nice that this company does not add a surcharge for being outside C/S area as we have experienced with other heating companies Also nice they can be flexible about charging their diagnostic fee We will use this company again
I enlisted the services BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air to repair boilers at my businessThey failed to show up for the initial set appointment About a week later their service tech, Chris, called to see if I was still in need of the repairs I said I had already set another appointment with another company He said "good luck!"...and proceeded to bad-mouth that company Presenting himself as the expert in boiler repairs I conceded his explanation and canceled the other appointment That was a mistake He showed up late for the rescheduled appointment, was quite arrogant in his recommendations, and after missing another appointment and after more calls to the company to complain that he had not keep his appointments (which left me hanging for hours), it was over two weeks before he finally returned (with a big chip on his shoulder) to make the repairs I accepted the recommendations he claimed were necessary to restore the boilers to working order, which included a cleaning of one boiler As of this date, that one boiler still does not work After yet another missed appointment, I talked to their owner, Heath, who was unresponsive to my complaint and told me to find someone else to fix it...it was all on me and my attitude according to him He was more interested in telling me what an expert Chris was, blah, blah, blahThis was after spending $which included their so-called expert diagnosis I had another Heating and Air company diagnose the problem today and found that Chris misdiagnosed the problem...so much for BullsEye being the "experts" Other than now discovering that I was overcharged for the parts and service they did perform, I have no legal recourse other than filing a dispute with my credit card company because they only billed me for the services they completed, which included a cleaning of the boiler that they did not repair So be very careful if you sign their proposalIf you want honest, reliable service, pass on Bullseye

I have used BullsEye plumbing for the third time now. First, May 2015 (Memorial day)when our water heater failed. I called and left a voicemail. I received a phone call within 30 minutes. Plumber came in the next day, since it is not emergency, and installed new water heater with a reasonable price. The plumber explained the city code inspection and changes that we need to make (door and CO2 monitor) to pass the inspection. We used the company again, February 2016 for a kitchen plumbing fix and HVAC furnace maintenance/certification. Both tech explained what needs to be done and the cost. I was given a discount and the price is reasonable.
