I never said I would never take on any client with roaches and take the chance on taking them to another clientI told you that you needed an exterminator and recommended that you do so because you live in a side-by-side or double.I have text messages with my staff saying something is on themYes they did say bedbugs, however we are not exterminators we are cleanersMy staff felt & saw bugs that made them itchyI trust my staff and regardless if they are bedbugs, fleas or roaches we can not continue to clean and take that riskI also got a new vacuum, my staff ran to the laundry mat to wash rags (I told them to throw those away ).Everyone was so scared to take something home to their families It took them close to three hours to go home after the end of the day My team leader had to purchase a few bottles of alcohol 90% to put all over our knee pads and roller box we keep supplies inOne of my staff tried to take a picture of the bugs but it is hard to seeI will try to post it.Payment is due at service I am expecting payment at the time of serviceIt is how the business is ranI expreses that very clearly in the beginning of every callI go into detail about how we do things, if someone does not feel comfortable with that it should be expressed at that timeI felt like I could trust you and I made an exception I do get nervous as a small business owner that things like this will happen and now I haven't got paid and am being accused of ripping people off unless I take the amount they want to pay or decide not to payA two person team cost is $for the first hour $for the second I don't go off of square feet our rates are hourly I sent THREE people when normally we are a team of two.When I called you I wanted to update you on what was going onMy staff still had to finish up getting supplies and look over everything and try not to take any thing home with them My staff did not run out of the house at that secondMy staff worked hard and when it was time to start the floors is when everything went wrong for themI have a great team, I support them percentI did not over charge you When you have more staff it cuts the time in half for us For example:If you have one person working for hours you could add an extra person and cut that time to hoursIf cost was $for hours with 1person Cost would be $with two people for hours That is effectively using time to return your property back to you in a quicker time without sacrificing qualitySome of my reviews are clients who are still with meI am not someone who try's To get overI felt bad your tenants left your unit like that and I think when you pay the amount due you should use the invoice and go after those tenants I will be more than happy to provide you invoicing to take to courtI am sorry if you feel like I am changing my cost but I am not It is the same for you & everyone who calls If someone refuses to pay then the process will begin to take legal actionI also have you a $credit because you were confused on why you owed that amountI am sorry Mr B [redacted] amount on the invoiceIt is unfortunate that you are refusing payment when my whole team works really hard It is our job to supply a services not to mistreated or under valued

This is about your company charging me for time that was not worked. I have a physical witness that can attest to the time in which your employees came and left. when we spoke on the phone you told me the hourly rate is $for the first hour and each additional hour. Your employees cleaned for and a half hours. You never once mentioned there is a difference in rates if a third or fourth employee comes to clean AND you said you charge by rate NOT by square foot or size of the home, so there is no possible way for you to determine what amount of time it will take 1-employees versus 3-employees to clean a house. You do an incredible job at playing victim and I will gladly drain hours of my day going to court with my witness

I have all my emails and texts message. I don't know what else to say about this situation. Mr B[redacted] is so anger I have never experienced this situation before.I feel bad that he is so upset but I can't keep being talked to the way he was in his emails and I respect his  opinion that he has expressed on his reviews. We has a company don't have many bad reviews, I think it is good for being to hear your   Opinion, it shoes the public we are a real company and can't pay for reviews :)  Ive tooK off as much as I could for Mr B[redacted] but still he said take what he is giving me or/and he will put bad reviews. I am sorry I do not run a business off of being forced to take what you feel is right to give us.  I can't continue to keep being mistreated with  allegations of being a company who  schemes & scams.One of my staff just  came back to work recently from beating breast cancer ( amazing woman) my other staff that was there that day has six children as a single mother my third step is also a single mother.I am  extremely picky on who I hire I make sure I trust him 100% before I put anyone out on the field I respect all of these women and the work ethic . We all sat down and   Discussed this situation. My staff felt bad that  they offered not to get paid at all for that days work, out of respect for me, I would never let them  forfeit their money. However it reminded me how amazing we all are. We are over all a great company with great talent for cleaning not to  mention trustworthy with great morals . I have never nor would I ever run a business in such a manner as look us now. I can not change your outlook on us but  your allegations are not accurate. I did sent this account to  legal however, I feel bad for Mr B[redacted] & we all  decided to send his check back to him as a donation to his rental property.  Original envelope never opened will be in an envelope mailed back with his check in it.
