In checking with my client's managing personnel yesterday, I learned that the VW van in question is currently at All A Cart's location and being worked on to complete the repainting, graphics and other items, so that these matters could be resolved to the satisfactory conclusion soughtIt may be another week or two before all the work is complete, as I am informedThank you
We have not yet received the vehicle from All A Cart. They have started some work to install the wiring and generator. We would like to have them complete that work as well as the work required to reach the 50% mark for which we have paid already. Once we get to the 50% mark we will make a decision based on the quality of work and how quickly progress was made as whether or not to pull the vehicle out of All A Cart. While they have made some progress, it is still extremely slow and very little communication is received from them as to what is happening on a daily basis
There has been quite a bit of work done on this project which has taken longer than anticipated. The messages have been received by the Office Manager and passed on to both the owner and the project manager. Several emails and phone calls have been sent to *** and *** ***.
*** visited our facility to go over the generator installation with our electrical technician. He confirmed the location of the wiring for installation of the lights. We are in the process of installing the ignition switch wiring, vehicle lighting and stereo wiring, which should be completed in the next week or so. We will plan another visit with *** when all of that is completed so he can sign off on the final wiring installation before the walls are closed up
No one from All A Cart has formally reached out to me to discuss the possibility of correcting the issues with the bus. Because I do not trust them at this point, I am needed a formal, written contract on what exactly will be done to correct the paint job. I have taken this bus and had it looked at...
by a number of other auto body paint shops and they have had nothing positive to say about the work, other than I was ripped off. Their response to this issue or lack of response is indicative of the customer service I have gotten from them throughout the process...although their attitude was very different when they were quoting the job at the very beginning...I almost feel like there was a bait and switch going on. So...to say the least...I am rejecting the response to the atty based on the fact that NO ONE has called me to formally discuss correcting the bus...especially since I returned there and additional damage was done to the bus while the painter (Matt) was replacing the driver and passenger windows.
As of today, I have NOT dropped off my vehicle for repair at All A Cart. I did take the vehicle in to be visually inspected, and we have a plan for me to bring the car in on Friday, Feb. 13, 2015. Before Friday, I will make contact with an employee by the name of Nelson to iron out the particulars. Im not sure where their atty got his info...but All A Cart does not have my bus at this time, but we do have a plan for correcting the issue. thank you,

I placed a $32,000 deposit down for conversion of an existing step van I already owned into a food truck. Times changed since that deposit and I needed to cancel my order. After contacting the owner/president of All a Cart Manufacturing (on numerous occasions) in order to obtain a statement of account and getting the run around each time he now fails to return any phone calls or emails. My request is based on the need to understand the value of the work they performed which consisted of the removal of the internal shelves and rear doors as well as providing blueprints. This isn't $32,000 worth of work involved and my request to obtain a refund for the difference is not being acknowledged what-so-ever. My quote never stipulated the deposit I placed was non-refundable so I would like a statement of account generated for me such that I can be refunded the difference in what I paid vs. the amount of work I received.
