I placed a $ order with Pureformulas.com on September 23, After not receiving my order I looked at theprovided tracking number and it said the order was delivered I did not receive it I am very honest and the purchase did not arriveI contacted the company and was sent a very nice email stating they would contact the post office and track down my delivery The was the last I heard I then contacted Paypal who I paid the purchase with and they said that Pureformulas.com (Full Green Circle) sent the tracking to them and it showed delivery They closed the caseThe reason I opened a dispute was because I did not receive the item with the stated tracking numberSo therefore I am out my order and $ I have no idea if their products are good or not but I am very disappointed in them as a company
I recently ordered from PureFormulas after a 2-year lapse and still cannot find the variety of products that they offer at lower prices anywhere elseThe company ships within hours via various shipping methods, depending on order size and weightCustomers earn bonus points/rewards for dollars off future ordersThis is one of my favorite shops for pure, organic, and/or all natural oils, vitamins, clay powders, and moreRatings from to stars - on site ease of use: stars / variety: stars / trusted brands: stars / authenticity of items: stars / prices: stars / shipping speed: starsAlthough this company carries a greater variety of products than any others, I rated the variety at stars beause I would like to see other items that I have to order elsewhere
This Companies Customer Service is the WORSTAfter FOUR (4) phone calls in minutes.., trying to resolve a shipping issue that they contacted me about regarding my US$ 1,Personal Supplement order.., I was disconnected twice, put on hold for TEN (10) minutes, the after my FOURTH (4) call requesting a Supervisor to sort the issue.., with the same girl ***.., I was told "Sorry.., She is Busy." Cancelled my order and buying from another firmJMH

I find the prices to be lower than averageI like the fact that shipping is free, as wellI am glad they have quality flower essences
